The receptionist offered friendly service. the room provided an excellent view and considerable space. i found the breakfast tasty. It had a wide array of choices. the hotel's proximity to key attractions made sightseeing effortless.

Fantastic Hotel Experience!

fabulous location friendly staff

The hotel has a fabulous location! It is easy to walk to many places I wanted to see. The room was big and clean. The staff was friendly. I loved the big clean rooms. I had plenty of choice at breakfast, and the food was delicious. I ate in the restaurant one evening. I recommend the hotel!

The room got really warm, so I opened the window! This meant I could hear people shouting at night. The shower over the bath was very basic, and it didn't have much pressure. I ended up running baths instead.

Breakfast had plenty of choice. The hotel also has a restaurant, where one can dine, and a wine bar, with a great selection of wines. I found these premises very convenient to relax during the evening.

Wonderful River View Stay

warm welcome lovely view comfortable bed

The staff gave me a warm welcome at the start. My room featured a lovely view. It was also quite cozy with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast selection was fantastic with many choices.

My room faced the lift doors (rooms ending in 04). Guests sometimes made noise as they waited.

the location proved excellent, placing me directly on the waterfront. the reception staff were friendly. but the carpets looked a bit dated.

the tv had limited channels. only one channel was in english. the air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature.

central location good variety helpful staff worn carpet peculiar smell soft bed

the location proved wonderfully central i had a view of the waterway from my room this was quite nice. the breakfast offered a good variety each morning i enjoyed the selection. staff members were generally helpful and friendly too.

i found the carpets showed definite signs of wear a refresh would benefit them. a peculiar smell lingered in my room at times it was not fresh. the double bed felt too soft i could feel movement whenever my partner shifted.
